    The farm is equipped with six imported mid-to-large tractors, two rice transplanters, a combine harvester, and various straw return machines, including models from Maschio. It also features deep tillage plows, disc plows, direct seeding machines, hay balers, mixers, and ditchers. Additional facilities like grain dryers and seedling propagation lines provide comprehensive support for farm operations.

    农场现有中大型进口拖拉机6台、插秧机2台、联合收割机1台,并配有马斯奇奥等各种型号的秸秆还田机以及深松犁、圆盘犁、直播机、捆草机、搅拌机、开沟机等,另有谷物烘干机、育苗育秧流水线等配套设施,农机配置一应俱全。

    The farm has five food processing workshops. The food production follows a minimalist approach, with no additives, aiming to preserve the natural flavors of the ingredients.

    Grain Processing Workshop

    粮食加工坊

    Using equipment from Japan’s Otake Factory, we process brown rice with a centrifugal dehulling method that achieves over 98% husking efficiency, preserving moisture, nutrients, and flavor.

    设备源自日本大竹(OTAKE)制作所,一次性离心脱壳方式加工成糙米,脱壳率高达98%以上,效率高,且能保持大米更多水分,有效避免营养流失,口感更佳。

    Organic Oil Pressing Workshop

    有机榨油坊

    Using Germany’s KOMET low-temperature cold pressing technology, we preserve the oil’s natural color, taste, and aroma, avoiding the breakdown of fats, sugars, and proteins that occurs with high-temperature pressing.

    采用德国KOMET低温冷榨技术,避免高温压榨中油脂、糖类物质的降解以及蛋白质的变性所带来的有害物质,有效保持植物油本来的颜色、自然的味道和天然的气味。

    Rice Wine Brewing Workshop

    黄酒酿造坊

    The recipe blends traditional Zhejiang methods with modern production. The rice wine is handmade, naturally fermented, and free from artificial chemicals, resulting in a pure, sweet, and fragrant brew.

    采用传统工艺和现代流水线相结合的方式,配方源自浙南山区,纯手工酿造,自然发酵,期间不经任何人工化学处理,原浆纯酿,甘甜芳醇。

    Liquor Distilling Workshop

    白酒蒸馏坊

    We use a unique distillation method from Huangyan’s western mountains. After fermenting the rice wine, the leftover mash is combined with organic rice husks and distilled, creating a crystal-clear liquor with a rich, fragrant aroma.

    糟烧白酒是黄岩西部山区特有的酿酒方式,将黄酒发酵后遗留的陈酒糟混合农场有机稻壳进行蒸馏而成,酒体冰清玉洁,无色透明;气味芬芳纯正,深香馥郁。

    Honeysuckle Extraction

    金银花提纯

    Using a professional international distillation system (purple copper and 304 stainless steel), we effectively purify the medicinal components of honeysuckle, enhancing its value for products.
